So far, so good
Well, school has offically begun. Logan made it on and off the school bus every day with no problems. That is a great thing considering the bus troubles we had before. The first day I got a note that said he had a great day. The other two days she must have got busy. There are eight kids and two assistants. However, all eight kids are special needs kids. On top of school, I had to change his speech therapy to Thursdays after school. So on those days, he will be one tired little puppy!! He will get speech at school but it will only be 50 minutes a week and that is not nearly enough for him. She did send a note home the second day saying she needed a specific list of what he could and could not have to eat. We are doing the no dairy with him and it seems to help. So my husband and I went through the school menu for the year and wrote what he could have. Now if that is not specific enough, I don't know what else to say. It must have been okay because I did not get a note back. He seemed happy every day when he got off the bus which is great. Fun, fun both of the boys started fundraisers for school this week. Logan has a discount card and Zach has two catalogs to choose from. Gotta love those fundraisers. I like Zach's because they have a cheddar cheese spread that is awesome!!! They also have Christmas wrapping paper, however it is too expensive for my tastes. I hope Logan has a great week this week. I don't worry as much about Zach because things are familiar for him. Logan is in a whole new enviroment. One funny thing to share. I was looking stuff up earlier on the computer and Logan walks into the living room buck naked!! I don't know what the deal was but I got his clothes back on him. We went back into Zach's room where the movie was on. All of a sudden, I felt a big wet spot on Zach's bed. So now I have this mental picture of him stripping down, standing on the bed, and letting it go!! That is the only explanation I have because the clothes were dry. I swear sometimes I think stuff like this is one of God's little tests. It is like he is saying, " Okay, so how much can you handle today. What are you going to do? " I know that sounds silly but there are days I would swear it is true!!!! Wish me luck for the upcoming week and God bless to all.
