Ok day

I have a friend I am so proud of. She teaches college courses online and she is writing a course on teaching kids with autism. She asked me today if I would look over some of her stuff. That really made me feel good. That she would ask my opinion means a lot to me. There was a note in Logan's backpack about parent-teacher confrences. I don't think I will schedule one though. She said he continues to have a great year. His behavior has improved since the beginning of the year but is still a problem. My question is what am I supposed to do? Part of the problem recently may be due to his being so upset lately. With the ice storm and him missing school he got out of sync. I know people with typical kids say the same thing but quadruple it when you are talking about a kid with autism. I am just glad they are back to school. I just hope he does not regress over the summer. But he will be going to speech and ot (hopefully) over the summer. Maybe that will help. I can only hope that will be the case. But I still have a while before they are out so why worry about it now. God bless to all
