Different day, same story
I am stumped! Again today Logan got off the bus and within a couple of minutes was out like a light. He came in and went straight to Zach's bed. This time I didn't even bother taking his coat off. I didn't want to fight with him any more than I had when I woke him up. He lay there for a about a half hour. Then the fun began. He actually woke up better than I thought he would. I don't know if he is working really good at school or if he is fooling me. We went to therapy and he did good. Thank goodness for that because I did not want to have to go back tomorrow. He even did something for Rachel that he is not crazy about. They went over some action words which he seems to have a harder time with. I am not sure why they are harder but she said he did really good today. I was in the lobby sweating bullets I have to say. I am just glad he woke up and stayed awake. At least tomorrow we don't have to worry about going to therapy on Fridays. Maybe he will still be asleep when my alarm goes off but somehow I doubt it. He still has yet to figure out how to open his door with the doorknob cover on. I am not saying he won't figure it out, he just hasn't yet. Well, I am getting sleepy. Time for bed. God bless to all.

This works well while asleep.
You may be interested to check out the Free Sound Therapy Home Programme available from Sensory Activation Solutions. Their Auditory Activation Method builds on the pioneering work of Dr. Alfred Tomatis (Tomatis method) and Dr. Guy Bérard (Auditory Integration Training) and has been specifically developed with the aim to improve sensory processing, interhemispheric integration and cognitive functioning. It has helped many children and adults with a wide range of learning and developmental difficulties, ranging from dyslexia, dyspraxia and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder to sensory processing disorders and autism. It is not a cure or medical intervention, but a structured training programme that can help alleviate some of the debilitating effects that these conditions can have on speech and physical ability, daily behaviour, emotional well-being and educational or work performance.
There is no catch, it's absolutely free and most importantly often effective. Check it out at: http://www.uk.sascentre.com/uk_free.html.
